Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Note: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Re-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card provider — it may take a few days to reflect.

Contact your bank — some processing time is common.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For returns over R200, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
